Registration Of Domestic Financial Leasing Contracts

According to Article 22 of the Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing and Saving Financing Companies Law No. 6361, financial leasing contracts related to movables not having their own registration, are registered in the private registration in the Association of Financial Institutions.

The contracts of immovables are noted to the deed office where the immovable is located, the contracts of the movables which have private registry are noted and registered to their own registry that they are recorded and also informed to the Association by the lessor.

Cross Border Financial Leasing Contracts' Registration

According to Article 21 of the Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies Law No. 6361, financial leasing contracts related to cross border financial leasing are registered in the private registration in the Association of Financial Institutions.
